New Pokemon game idea

I think Nintendo should make an openended pokemon game where you dont have to defeat the gyms and
pokemon league if you dont want to. In the past If you wanted to be a pokemon coordinator, you still had to defeat the gyms to get to certain areas even If you didnt want to. Same thing for breeders.

Ther is nothing wrong with what nintendos doing now, It's just repetitive. I'm proposing a World of warcraft type game where you can pick your hometown, choose any first stage pokemon (non-legendary) as your starter, You can choose whether to become a trainer, coordinator, breeder or all three if you want and not be forced to take on the gyms.

I think it would be cool if you could join a gym, get extra money or somthing for using pokemon of that gym type, and if you get strong enough, become the gym leader. Evenn work your way up to becoming an elite for or frontier brain.

I also liked how in kanto, The legendarys wern't part of the storyline, I think they should go back to being well hidden bonuses instead of pokemon you HAD to fight.

I'm also getting tired of the same old story. Though diamond I was thinking "An evil team trying to use a legendary pokemon to take over the world?! who would have guessed... )
